bap are working with our clients and their supply chains to target net zero and enhance their real estate portfolios with sustainability at the forefront.
Most of our projects now have sustainability at their core, with our developer and landlord work targeting BREEAM, WELL, NABER’s, alongside other accreditations as a standard. However we believe we have a responsibility to go above and beyond the baseline of just targeting accreditation based credits and need to drive forward cost effective sustainable alternatives wherever possible.
Working alongside our sustainability partners, we have contributed to numerous successful re-use stories, looked at recycled materials and broken the status quo of normal material palettes in commercial real estate to drive the most sustainable and energy conscious construction possible.
Our commitment to sustainability goes further than just at a project level.
We are currently working towards a number of sustainable initiatives and certification, which include:
