The Bigham Anderson Partnership Limited (bap) is a company providing Cost Consultancy services primarily to the London fit out market.  Located in the City of London, adjacent to Liverpool Street station, bap will be providing personalised Construction Cost Consultancy, Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent services.

bap has been formed by Ian Bigham and Karl Anderson, who between them have 26 and 13 years of construction experience respectively.  Over the past 13 years between us we have fitted out over 5,000,000 sq ft of office space. This includes substantial experience in the legal and financial sectors in addition to work undertaken in the media, insurance, retail (office) sectors.  We also have experience servicing Clients in other UK and European locations.

bap was formed in July 2006 and is independently owned by the Directors.

bap is currently working on a number of new projects for legal and financial Clients the details of which will be posted on the web site when completed.
